What kinds of equipment do you use?We utilize a range of specialized equipment to ensure efficient and thorough snow removal for our clients. Our equipment arsenal includes snow blowers, plows, and shovels, allowing us to handle snow accumulation of any scale. For de-icing, we use a veterinarian-recommended blend of two top brands, specially mixed by us. This blend is pet-safe, ensuring the safety of your furry friends, while one of the brands in the mix provides an enhanced ice-melting capability for more effective results. Our focus on using high-quality, specialized equipment and safe, effective de-icing products underscores our commitment to delivering top-notch snow removal services.

What's your typical response time during a snow event? Our process is designed to prioritize both efficiency and effectiveness. Soon after the snow begins to fall, we promptly attend to our "ice melt" clients first. This initial visit preps their homes with the necessary ice melt, ensuring that the snow begins to melt right away. Following this, we proceed to service clients who prefer not to use ice melt. This proactive approach allows us to tackle the snow from the outset, making our second trip around more effective. Our small, manageable routes enable us to return again during a single snow event. This frequent attention means we can keep driveways and walkways clear, ensuring safety and convenience for all our clients. Whether you prefer ice melt or not, our tailored service ensures that your property remains accessible and safe throughout the snow season!
-
What do you do in a blizzard or really heavy snowfall? Dangerous Temps? In the event of an extremely heavy snowfall or blizzard, our safest option is to wait until the end of the snowfall. We tell clients to expect that, but often times, if roads are safe for us to begin service, we will begin midway through the snowfall to prevent a large accumulation of snow. Waiting until the end may lead to slower turnarounds once the snow stops, so we aim to avoid waiting, but sometimes, it's safest to wait. In this event, you will be notified of our plans in a reasonable amount of time. For dangerously freezing temperatures, we follow the guidelines of the city, but in the past, have still come out as scheduled. These events can slow service times solely to ensure our helpers are maintaining their health throughout the event. But if the city plows are out, you can expect us to be too!

How do you ensure you have help for the entire season? We understand the importance of dependable snow removal help, especially during severe winter conditions. This used to be the tricky part for us, and still is for many companies, but we've figured it out. Unlike most, we've adopted a proactive approach by overhiring at the beginning of the season. This means we start our operations prepared to handle any unexpected workforce shortages. While we don’t plan to lose team members, we are always ready. If our primary team members are unavailable, we have helpers lined up to take their place. Even if these helpers change their mind last minute, we have backups ready to step in. This ensures that our services remain consistent and reliable, regardless of any staffing challenges, allowing you to enjoy a safe, snow-free environment without worry. INSIDE SECRET! (Shhh): When in dire, last minute need, many well-known companies hire strangers from platforms like Craigslist, then hope for the best... We're proud to note that all of our hires undergo a rigorous process before joining our team. This includes thorough interviews and reference checks. Once on board, our team members are trained and well-prepared, with a clear understanding of their positions and what to expect. This meticulous approach guarantees that our clients receive top-notch, dependable service from professionals who are fully equipped and committed to delivering excellence in snow removal.

Our goal is to ensure efficient and timely snow removal for all our clients.

How high of a priority will my property be in a snow event? We can't express how much we appreciate every single one of our clients. We get to know you all on a personal level and want to give you all special treatment because of these connections. Everyone is truly a priority! But how can we show it? With multiple clients, we cannot treat everyone like they're the only one, but we can communicate with each of the clients on our small routes to make note of everyone's needs each snowfall and serve everyone accordingly. For example, when we contact you about an upcoming snow event, you can respond with a time you'd need it cleared by, or let us know it's not as urgent that day. This approach allows us to prioritize and accommodate specific requests as much as possible, ensuring that each client's needs are met in a fair and timely manner while maintaining efficient service. Furthermore, we provide real-time tracking. Now you can see how far we are from servicing your home or business. Should you need a more specific update, you can always reach out to our customer service line for a more precise estimated arrival time. We pride ourselves on constantly improving our systems to serve you better, so your feedback is always welcome and encouraged!
